Philip Kramer is presently serving as a chaplain with the United States Army Rangers. Since becoming an Army chaplain in 2004, he has served with the 82nd Airborne Division, 75th Ranger Regiment, and Office of the Chief of Chaplains at the Pentagon. In addition, he has been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan six times.
