He quickly spoke these words: “Everything you are looking for can be found in Jesus.” That became the turning point of Bill’s life. His transformation resulted in an undeniable love for God and an urgency to tell others about Jesus. On Easter Sunday morning in 1983, with only 32 people present, Bill and Debbie were called to Cascade Hills Church of Columbus, Georgia. Today the membership exceeds 8,000. Bill holds two masters degrees and one doctorate degree from Luther Rice Seminary. He is married to his best friend, Debbie and has three sons, BJ, Brent and Blake, and has six grandchildren.
